Jon BW

Well where do we start?! Jon BW kicked off his shenanigans throughout the hardhouse circuit back in 98. He learned to mix at the age of 16 and appeared at hardhouse nights that Leeds and surrounding areas had to offer between 98 up through the 2000s. These nights included Incision, Emphatic residency (wakefield), Toast, Phat and Glasshouse. Jon was keen to give the crowd his re-rub on famous releases at the time by playing home made bootlegs in sets to stand out from the rest. Over the past few years, Jon has moved on and taken control of his knobs in the studio proffesionally. Contact recordings, created/owned by Simon Paul, was the first project for Jon, and each release you could hear him developing his own twist on Hardhouse.

Regularly knocking out tracks for Tidy and engineering Tidy DJs efforts and also freelance engineering at BW Studios based in Leeds. So far he has had the pleasure of Engineering a Tidy Boys release which is rare!! Called "Swinging", he's also the man behind the new skool Untidy Dubs!

Jon has also accomplished his first solo album for Tidy Music Library 10. Jon BW "Meets EP". Collaborating with Anne Savage, Superfast Oz, Kutski, Cally Gage, JP & Jukesy and Scott Fo Shaw. This is available on general release which hits every area of hard dance.

Jon has celebrated many releases on Tidy now, he has become a household name when it comes to a dose of good clean hardhouse. Stuff your mum would take a shining to.
